Ryan’s Senior Photos

Sometimes it’s a small world. Ryan asked me to shoot his senior portraits some time ago but before we got to his photos I met M’shell (his mother) in a tag along photo shoot with the bikes below. It wasn’t for quite some time that I finally put two and two together. All I can say is what a wonderful family. Ryan was such a joy to work with. Not only does he have a great smile but this kid is talented. Not only can he rock out on some drums or logs for that matter haha but he is also a Nedon black belt. Can you say too cool? And thank you Randy for the lovely dinner to top off a great day! Sorry these took so long to get up but I assure you it was well worth the wait.

Check out the fall colors!

Check out those eyes! Zero retouching or editing...stunning

Who doesn't love a jam session on a log? lol

A little karate in the grass anyone? I love this shot

New Belgium Brewery Tour

First of all sorry for not posting in quite a while life has been crazy. Luckily amidst the crazy I was able to take a trip up to Ft. Collins to see my hardworking sister. While up there two of her friends were kind enough to take me on a brewery tour at New Belgium. While I’m not a beer fan I can say I did try everything and was very impressed with the way everything ran (even if I’m not a beer drinker). For your viewing pleasure I hope you enjoy.

The story behind the name of fat tire beer was that the owner of New Belgium Brewery was riding around his mountain bike amidst all the skinny tire bikes of the time and they kept calling him fat tire. When it came time to choose a name for what would become one of his best selling beers fat tire seemed a logical choice.

I don't recall the volume of beer that these held but I do remember our guide saying that if you drank two cases of beer a day, 365 days a year, it would take you 7 years to consume one tank full. That's a LOT of beer.

One thing I could appreciate about New Belguim Brewery is that they are completely green and supply all of their own power through solar, wind and other alternate energy sources. Their parking lot was quite entertaining. The parking was assigned by the gas milage your vehicle got so as you can imagine this little guy got some primo parking!

Let me tell you aside from maybe attending a frat party in Ft. Collins this is the most free beer you can get. These were the samples they gave us and they just kept coming at each little stop we took.

Nuf Said?!

M’shell

On September 11th M’shell joined us for the bike photo shoot. We had such a blast shooting with everyone. Special thanks to Anthony who was not only a superb photo assistant for the day but also offered up the back seat of his harley so we could get some great action shots.

Lorrie and her Softail Harley

What better way to celebrate the anniversary of september 11th than a Harley Davidson photo shoot! Lorrie and I went out to Garden of the Gods for some gorgeous photos of her with her bike. Then afterward we took a trip through the mountains. Check out how great she and the bike look…
